A 50% Deposit is required to hold your reservations. Reservations are confirmed by email ("Confirmation of Reservations") as soon as the Deposit is received and the funds have cleared. This Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 45 days of your Check-in date. No refunds for late arrival, early departure or No Show.
Your remaining balance is due at Check-in. This balance may be paid through your PayPal account (using my computer, if you wish) or in cash. Personal checks are not accepted at Check-in.

Rates are per night and are based on Single or Double Occupancy per room
Each extra person over age 12 is $35.00 per night (Children 12 and under stay free!)
USVI Room Tax is 8%

Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal. PayPal is a very Secure site that is FREE and takes 5 minutes to complete. Go to http://www.paypal.com , fill in your Credit Card information and you're done! It's easy and safe!
All rooms are non-smoking. (Smoking allowed on patios and Courtyard)
